The Faith and Worship Team of Bathurst Uniting Church encourages everyone to prepare for Easter through the Lenten Bible Study groups.
Lent has traditionally been a time when people prepared for Easter. Today, as In the early church people prepare for Baptism, and confirmation held on Easter Day. The faithful also prepare to celebrate again the Great Three Days of Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Day.
People are encouraged to mark the beginning of Lent by attending the Ash Wednesday Service on Wednesday, 22 February 7:00-8:00pm at Bathurst UC, 140a William Street Bathurst.
The Bathurst Uniting Church Lenten Bible Studies details are below. There are six options that cover Monday to Thursday, day and evening, in person and zoom
- Monday Morning Bible Study at 10:00am. Contact Ruth.

- Monday lunchtime Bible Study at 1:00-2:00pm. Contact Janet.

- Monday evening on the Bathurst UC zoom, 7:00-8:00pm. Contact Julie and Keith.

- Tuesday morning, BUSS rooms, at 10:30am. Contact Julie.
